Upon successful application, an opening of account confirmation letter will be sent to you within 3 working days.
You may take about 10 to 15 minutes to complete this transaction. Please note the following before you commence:

The initial security deposit will be billed to your first bill during this online application to open an account.

3) Exceptions

The online utilities account application portal is applicable for all of the existing premises where the address information already exists in our database. For new premises except for HDB residential apartments, condominium, executive condominium, we regret to inform you that the applicant will need to either:
1) Send in the application by post OR
2) Fax in to 6304 8229 OR
3) Walk in to our customer service centres in PWC Building or Toa Payoh to set up the utilities account.

Important point to note

a) Refuse collection charges will commence billing through your utilities bill upon opening of your account. The National Environment Agency has appointed Colex Holdings Ltd, SembWaste Pte Ltd, Veolia ES Singapore Pte Ltd and 800 Super Waste Management Pte Ltd as refuse collectors for different geographical locations in Singapore. Charges vary depending on the type of business and the geographical location.

b) You must be 18 years of age to be eligible for opening of your utilities account. If you are less than 18 years of age, please arrange for your guarantor to open the utilities account.

c) For gas turn-on, please call City Gas at 1800-5551661 for an appointment after receiving our email confirmation on the account opening.
