Any instructions, messages or payments received by the Service Provider through the use of the online services herein , shall be deemed to have been given by the relevant customer having access and use of his utility account number, NRIC number, user IDS and passwords, and the customer shall be bound by and be responsible for such instructions or messages.

Utility bills displayed on this site are images of the hardcopy bill sent to you. You may print out such images from your printer and use them as reference copies but should not be used for payments at the post office or post's office electronic payment kiosks.

All services and information offered on this site are available at the Service Provider's discretion. These services may be amended, varied or withdrawn at any time without notice to you.
